(1) The person taking the certificate shall deposit fifty thousand rupees in cash or a bank guarantee equivalent to that amount from the bank designated by the council as a deposit before the council.
(2) The surety under sub-section (1) shall be used for the specified work to be undertaken by the notary public while working in that capacity.
(3) If the amount of the guarantee deposited by the notary public in the council decreases while using it for the work as per sub-section (2), the amount decreased or an equivalent bank guarantee shall be filed before the council within thirty days.
(4) Other arrangements related to bail shall be as prescribed.
